At Steroids Shop, we understand that prompt and private delivery is just as important as product quality. This policy explains how we dispatch orders, which countries we serve, and what you can expect from the moment you place your order.
Where We Ship
We deliver across the whole of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Italy and Greece. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will confirm whether delivery is available to your location.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly, usually within one to two working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are handled on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom and Western Europe
Delivery is typically completed within 3–7 working days from dispatch.
Northern Europe and Scandinavia
Deliveries to Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the wider Nordic region arrive in an average of 2–3 working days.
Southern and Eastern Europe
Customers in Italy, Greece and other southern or eastern European countries can also expect delivery within an average of 2–3 working days.
Tracking Your Order
Where a tracking service is available, you will receive a reference number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders may occasionally be subject to inspection or import charges depending on your country’s regulations. Any duties or fees levied by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays and Lost Parcels
While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays can occur due to postal strikes, adverse weather or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please check your address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address supplied incorrectly at checkout.
